The reason for this is to make the cart faster and easier for you to find a particular product or size of lumber without scrolling through endless number of pages. Make sure that you select a Scale, Length or Option since the price is associated with that selection. Dimensional Lumber: You will need to select the thickness, width and length of the lumber you want. We have setup items for fractional, decimal or metric selections. Security: Once you have filled up your shopping cart and click the "complete order" button you will be sent to a secure page to enter your credit card details and other information. Your order is then sent to our secure server and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will then retrieve and process your order. Your card will not be billed until just prior to shipping. None of your information is kept on our servers and at no time is any of your information transmitted over un-secure connections. PayPal: If you would like us to send you a PayPal invoice for your order then you can type paypal in the credit card number field and make sure that you select a card type, date and CCV code. This info. can be anything to keep from getting a cart error. Our cart does not verify these details online. Validation: All of your information is validated offline, so it is important that you enter your information correctly. If we have any questions about your order we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will not ship your order or bill your card. If you would like your shipment insured, then you will need to select the "ship insured" check box on the check-out page. We will no longer be responsible for replacing packaged that are lost and have not been insured. International customers , please read the following Shipping Notes Delivery Time: We do not have all items in stock so deliveries can take up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped. If we have the items you ordered in stock then we will ship sooner. Some larger orders and odd sized lumber that need to be manufactured will take longer and your order is filled first come first served. If you have special delivery needs or need your order to arrive by a certain date, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once your order is ready to ship your card will be billed and we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. Your domestic order should show up 2-3 days later.
